In other words; big news. As of today, A Future in Noise is now a partner of the MOG Music Network (MMN)! I have also become a MOG user, profile here, utilizing the Mog-o-Matic to generate charts of my digital music collection and most recently listened to tracks. I’ve been looking through the other blogs that are a part of MMN and have been consistently impressed with the quality of music journalism and array of bands covered throughout. I am very much looking forward to exploring MOG further and continuing to deliver, along with contributor Ian, unique era-spanning, genre-crossing content from the perspective of youth, possibility, and general music-crazed-ness. ;D



As another positive change, I have begun DJ-ing on Blip.fm, a website that allows access to, they say, millions of streaming songs, as well as the ability to create your own streaming internet station, check out what other users are playing, and give out props for songs and other DJs that you dig. I plan to do an hour to two-hour set most evenings of the week (starting at 6 pm PST), be sure to tune in!
